酒店離粉紅清真寺特別近，步行下去10分鐘，一路下坡就可以走到清真寺。設施：吹風機，一次性牙刷都有提供。衞生：裝修風格和設施比較復古風，但衞生很好。環境：房間比較寬敞，在屋裡不會感覺擁擠。

This hotel is located in the centre of the biggest roundabout in the world, and just next to the Secret Garden Putrajaya, with a nice night view. The hotel appeared to be slightly in old-aged, while the interior design of the public area is amazing, there might be some efforts needed for the hotel management to improve the condition of the room. After all, it is still a good stay over this place.

房間乾淨整潔，衞生很好，環境很好，在花園裡麵，客氣非常不錯。服務人員態度很好，非常熱情，是個園林式花園酒店，交通方便，去往各個景點都很方便，距離機場40分鐘車程。唯一感覺不太方便的就是房間的電源插座比較少，使用不方便。

Breakfast was good and the environment was nice. But the hotel is old and not well maintained. Bathroom door and wardrobe were worn out, heaters in both rooms were only lukewarm, and one room had a very run-down bathtub. My room had no view because the balcony was closed for renovation.

We would like to sincerely thank the front desk staff of Pulse Grande Hotel Putrajaya for their kindness and excellent service. They went the extra mile by providing us with a special parking space as my husband is unable to walk, which made our stay much more comfortable. We truly appreciate their warm hospitality and thoughtful assistance to our family.

فندق رائع وموقع أروع ومناظر خلابه وهدوء مريح ولكن طرازه قديم وقد سألت المشرفين على الفندق وهم بالفعل بدأوا في التجديد وبذلك سيكون من الفنادق الرائعه من جميع النواحي.

I stayed only one night. Upon arrival, my spouse drop me and luggage ,then park the car at the designated area. You can call buggy with the QR code given to and from the hotel. Everything through the phone by the QR code such as Bellboy service, housekeeping, room services etc. Very convenient and the stay is such a breeze.

Servis dan layanan tiptop, parking kena berjalan sedikit tapi ada buggy standby boleh hantar dan ambil ke parking. Location best, strategik. Depan hotel boleh jalan kaki ke secret garden, Taman Perdana. View cantik dengan lampu2 waktu malam. Design hotel juga satu tarikan yang menarik dan cantik. Makanan best, ada variety of food. Ini best! Pool ada untuk dewasa dan kids. Di level 3. View bilik hotel kami garden view, tapi garden sedang renovation. So tiada lah view garden sangat. Tapi bilik luas selesa…. Kebersihan, ada kurang sikit. Tuala ada bau sedikit, ingatkan bau perfume, tapi memang bau lain sedikit. Cadar tilam ada stain kotor sedikit. Bat tub pun begitu, mcm biasa ada stain sedikit. Tapi overall stay here ok je, best! 😁
